Purposely designed for dementia, palliative care and long-term aged care, Estia Health Bexley is a beautiful and welcoming home in the southern Sydney community that opened in 2015.   

Situated across from Bexley Park with lovely views, this aged care home boasts numerous communal gardens on podium level, including sitting areas over hard paved surfaces with planters and umbrellas, a pergola covered outdoor entertaining area, an extensive pond and waterfall within a large memory support courtyard with numerous interconnecting pathways, informal bocce lawns and gardens plus abundant seating for both exercise and supervised dementia care. The design includes a flower potting location for rehabilitation for wheelchair patients plus several large lock down courtyards with sensory gardens for unsupervised patients. 

A Total Concept Landscape Architects has prepared the landscape concept, DA landscape plans plus Construction Documentation for the internal treatment courtyards, entrance designs and documentation, street tree master plans, for this large specialist Aged Health Care home.
